Special Thanks

November 2005
This month we extend many, many thanks to all our loyal supporters who provided the final burst of letters to the Coastal Commission in early November. We appreciate your quick response, and most especially the depth, caring and intelligence reflected in your comments.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to Supervisor Rose whose excellent letter was a prominent part of the final submittal to the Commission.

July 2005
This month we recognize an individual who has been a great supporter of More Mesa, and was previously mentioned in November 2004. Once again, we offer our thanks to Mark Moseley of Coldwell Banker for another extremely generous donation to the More Mesa Preservation Coalition. Mr. Moseley is a native of Santa Barbara, who also lives on the periphery of More Mesa. Our heartfelt thanks to Mark for this second gift to MMPC!

May 2005
Many thanks to supporters who donated to MMPC as a result of our Newsletter mailing. These tax deductible contributions allow us to fund the many and important day-to day activities of the More Mesa Preservation Coalition. We cannot do what we do to protect More Mesa without your generosity! THANKS SO MUCH!!

April 2005
This month, an especially heartfelt thanks goes to Mark Massara, Director of Coastal Programs for the Sierra Club in California. Mark was instrumental in helping us negotiate our way through the first phase of our appeal with the Coastal Commission. His guidance, wisdom and testimony were invaluable in achieving the very successful outcome of this first hearing. It would not have been possible without him. Thank you Mark … from all of us at MMPC!!

February 2005
Our sincerest thanks go to the many wonderful people who have been active participants in the ten month public process concerning the Hacienda Vieja Development. We have documents and testimony from at least 60 of you and are sure that there are many more who have contributed. Supporters of More Mesa have written letters, given testimony, composed articles, provided scientific information and, all-in-all made a huge difference!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
